Et voici un joli T Shirt DebyDebo de la collection été de cette année illustré
sauvagement par votre obligé à l’automne 2008. J’ai beaucoup apprécié travailler
sur le thème des “oiseaux”, avec juste du trait très coloré, et un beau travail de
sérigraphie par la suite !

autumn 2008 . I enjoyed working on “Birds”, just dealing with very colorful lines.

Colors…

Et voici deux versions couleur : la première que j’ai proposé, puis au regard de la qualité pas optimale du papier du magasine les directeurs artistiques m’ont demandé de rehausser couleurs et contrastes, d’où la version suivante, qui sera celle publiée.

And two color versions: the first that I proposed and then, considering the non-optimal quality of the paper of the magazine, art directors asked me to increase colors and contrast so the second version which will be the one published.

Grafuck 4 - Art Exhibit & Book Release

Je participe à l’exposition collective autour du livre Grafuck 4 ème édition à la Gallery Nucleus à Los Angeles. Pour l’occasion ce sont des versions “allégées” des illustrations présentes dans le livre qui seront exposées ainsi que celle de la Geisha de l’exposition Gurato.

I participate to the collective exhibition around Grafuck Book 4 at Gallery Nucleus in Los Angeles. For the occasion “light” versions of my illustrations in the book will be exhibited as well as the Geisha of past Gurato exhibition.

Gallery Nucleus presents the GRAFUCK art exhibition celebrating the release of the highly anticipated Grafuck 4 art book. The exhibit features an international roster of artists who have contributed to the fourth edition of this notoriously popular book series.

Illustration, photography, fine art, and graphic design come together in this intriguing and provocative collection of images and ideas. The new release boasts an impressive centerfold illustrated by James Jean.

Annecy 2009 Monsieur Loutre en compétition !

Et voilà, c’est officiel, Monsieur Loutre fait partie de la quarantaine de séries, sélectionnée en compétition pour le Festival d’Annecy 2009 (catégorie “série”) :pour vois cliquez ICI .
